Saturday Jan. 22nd Evelyn will be one of the featured instructors at La Luna's Philly All Star workshop. Salseros Clave y Cache Dancer's will be one of the dance groups performing that evening along with our very own La Clave spinning the sounds in the DJ Booth. Ladies Spins & Turns clinic at Salseros Studio, Sunday Jan. 23rd, from 2:00 - 4:00 pm . with Muevete dancer Sandra Gonzalez . This is a intense workshop which will help you master your balance and teach you some of the tricks to executing these spins & turns. Limited space available so stop by the studio to pick up your ticket. cost $15.00 / dress in work-out clothing and your sneakers or jazz shoes are highly recommended.
Tickets for Aspira's 13th Annual Benefit Gala at the Wyndham Franklin Plaza Hotel on Saturday February 5, 2005 Featuring Victor Manuelle and his Orchestra and a special dance presentation from Salseros Clave y Cache Dancers along with our invited guest to perform Rey, Mia, Sandra and Oli members of the Muevete Dancer's . Secure your seat with us and pick up your tickets at Salseros during our regular class time. This event sold out last year so do not wait till the last minute. We are purchasing our tickets one table at a time.
Tsunami Relief donations are still being collected at Salseros studio so stop by and add on to the $118.62 already collected at our dance on Jan. 8th. We would like to send our collection in full on Jan 31, 2005.
Salseros youth dance group "Los Salserines" will be performing at the Youth for Tsunami Survivors Talent Show Sponsored by Eugenio Maria de Hostos Charter School, Aspira & Merecumbe. On Thursday Feb. 3, 2005 from 6:00 - 8:00 at the Concilio Ballroom. 705-09 N. Franklin Street. Donations are $5.00 per person. ALL proceeds will be donated to the Red Cross. Let's support this worthy cause!

Children's Salsa Class - ages 7 to 12 - Saturday's from 12:00 - 1:00 pm starting 2/5/05
Beginners Salsa Basic - Monday's from 7:00 - 8:00 starting 2/7/05
Hip Hop Class - Tuesday's from 7:00 - 8:00 starting 2/8/05
*Testing for Intermediate Salsa Turn Patterns and Advance Turn Pattern classes will be held the week of Feb. 1st to Feb. 3rd instructors are available 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after their classes. (check our schedule for available time)
ATTENTION: ALL DANCE GROUPS & PERFORMERS , Evelyn will be placing her order for summer shoes and sneakers (especially whites) for the spring. If you are in need of something special please stop by and place a wish list so that she will have everything in stock you will need. The boutique is having a winter clearance this month so stop in to cash & carry some great buys... Don't forget to ask about our back room costumes, there are many great things you can put together to pull off an exciting costume for that special event.
